Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of Bragly (“the Service”), operated by the Bragly team. By using Bragly, you agree to these terms. We've written them plainly — read them.
1. Acceptable Use
You may use Bragly to create, customize, and share visual cards based on your personal or professional data. You agree not to:
- Use the Service to create content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or violates third-party rights
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's APIs
- Use the Service to distribute spam or unsolicited communications
- Circumvent any usage limits, authentication, or access controls
- Submit false data to connected integrations to generate misleading cards
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
2. Subscription and Billing
Bragly offers the following paid plans, processed through DodoPayments:
- Pro — $9/month: Monthly recurring subscription. Billed on the same date each month. Cancel anytime from Settings → Plans.
- Lifetime — $49 one-time: A single payment that grants permanent Pro access with no recurring charges.
- Free: Available to all users with no payment required, subject to usage limits.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (for monthly plans) until you cancel. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to local taxes.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect active annual or lifetime plans.
3. Refund Policy
Monthly Pro subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment or renewal. After 7 days, the current billing period is non-refundable. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid future charges.
Lifetime plans: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not made extensive use of Pro features (more than 20 exports or AI generations). After 14 days, lifetime purchases are final.
To request a refund, email harshkanjiya001@gmail.com with your order details. We process refunds within 5–10 business days.
4. Intellectual Property
Your content: You own the cards you create. The data, text, and images you input remain yours. By publishing a card publicly, you grant Bragly a limited, non-exclusive license to display that card on the platform (e.g. the community page) for as long as it is published.
The platform: Bragly owns all rights to the Service itself — the code, design, blueprints, presets, AI models, and brand. You may not copy, redistribute, or build competing products using Bragly's proprietary assets.
Third-party data: When you connect GitHub, X, or Stripe, you are responsible for ensuring your use of that data complies with those platforms' terms of service.
5. Termination
By you: You may cancel your account at any time from Settings. Cancellation stops future billing. Your data will be retained for 30 days post-cancellation before deletion, giving you time to export what you need.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users or the platform. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, governing law) will do so.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Bragly is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
We do not warrant that the data synced from third-party integrations (GitHub, X, Stripe) will be accurate, complete, or up-to-date at any given moment — this depends on those platforms' APIs and your account permissions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bragly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bragly's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If that fails, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction agreed upon in writing between both parties.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by email notification.
Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
